Jack has been a trusted professional to Kris & I, since he first helped us find & buy our Milwaukee home in 2016, and recently when he worked with us to sell the same home this past February. We were working with a very tight timeline (in order to try and close the sale prior to the purchase of a new home in New Mexico) and Jack devised a clever & successful marketing plan that resulted in an accepted offer at higher than asking price in the first day of the listing. Moreover, he facilitated a last minute contract revision that allowed us to keep on our aggressive timetable for closing the sale in Milwaukee. And, in an example of support beyond the call of duty , Jack used his vast experience to help counsel us through some last minute impediments to closing our loan for our New Mexico home. We heeded his advice and were able to successfully complete the transaction. Through all of our interactions with Jack, he has been the ultimate professional, always easy to work with and always demonstrating the highest ethical standards, while making the experience fun .
