Looking for something to do this upcoming week? Here’s our Community Round-Up!

Jefferson County:

*Ever tried Ice Bowling? Head over to River Bend RV Resort in Watertown with a five person team to sign up at 10:30am on February 20th. Entry fee is $50/team and Bowling starts at 12:00pm. Good Luck!

*Enjoy the great outdoors no matter what season at the 2 Rivers Bicycle & Outdoor Shop in Fort Atkinson! Come any day of the week for Ski or Snowshoe Rentals and pick up a map for a phenomenal park unknown to tourists!

Ozaukee County:

*Start February 20th off right in Cedarburg with the 2016 Winter Festival! This year they will be celebrating with the theme, “Cedarburg Salutes America.” The popular Ice-Carving Contest will set the stage along the main street where 300 lb. blocks of ice will be transformed into frozen art!

*Come join us for an evening of wine, beer, food, raffle items and music at the Port Washington Chamber’s Annual Winter Tasting on February 20th! Great fun with friends and community!

Waukesha County

*Come out to the Pewaukee Community Fair on February 20th at Pewaukee High School for booths, community performances, carnival games, inflatable attractions, book fair, food court, silent auction, cake walk and many more!

*Need somewhere fun to take the kids? Head over the Waukesha Public Library on February 20th at 2pm for a FREE event put on by Kohl’s called The Reach of the Rain Forest! Travel to rainforests around the equator with two short plays wrapped together in a 45-minute presentation.

Milwaukee County

*Don’t miss your one chance to tip back with a T-Rex, snap a selfie with MPM Snake, and cheers with Granny at her #frontporchpost! Go to the 18th Annual Food & Froth Fest at the Milwaukee Public Museum on February 20th to support MPM and get a one-of-a-kind experience! 21+ event.

* Do all of your auto shopping under one roof – or just come to kick the tires! See the 2016 models from all the major brands plus concept cars, hybrids, classics, antique and custom cars, performance accessories and more! 2016 Greater Milwaukee Auto Show! Family Days are Saturday, February 20th and Sunday, February 21st.

*Didn’t get enough chocolate for Valentine’s Day? No worries! It’s the 4th Annual In Celebration of Chocolate! A winter getaway has never tasted so good with a weekend full of food pairings, demonstrations, evening dinners and events on February 19-20.

*Quite possibly the most produced tragedy of all time, Shakespeare’s classic tale of ambition, murder, and the supernatural welcomes back the first appearance of the Bard’s work on the Sheboygan stage in 37 years. Come see Macbeth on Saturday, February 20th at 7:30pm or Sunday, February 21st at 2:00pm.

Racine County

*A fun, fundraiser for the Racine Founders Rotary Club.  Vegas Night is an evening of Las Vegas-style entertainment on February 20th! $5 per person admission includes $100 in “fun money,” instant winner raffles and a chance to win a trip to Vegas and $500 cash. Tickets available at the door.

* Enjoy a great bowl of chili and a whole lot more!  Winter Festival Chili Cook-Off in Mount Pleasant on February 20th. Celebrity chili judging (5 to 8 p.m.) with trophies going to the top three selections and People’s Choice, 50/50 raffle, silent auction, cash bar, music by the Lunch Money Bullies (7 to 11 p.m.)

Kenosha County

*It’s time! For Downtown Kenosha Restaurant Week! From elegant bistros to throwback diners; whether you’re an early bird or a night owl – come indulge in our finest dining spots! Restaurant week is running from February 20-28. Restaurants will offer special, fixed price menus for Breakfast ($10), Lunch ($10) and Dinner ($20 & $30).

*Time to show off your Chess skills! The Kenosha Chess Association is hosting the 3rd annual Kenosha Public Library Chess Tournament open to all ages and abilities on February 20th. This Swiss-style tournament allows every player to play five games with no elimination. Walworth County

*Missoula’s Children’s Theatre presents their original adaptation of the class children’s story, Rumpelstiltskin. Missoula Children’s Theatre will audition, cast, rehearse with, and perform this original musical featuring 50-60 local K-12 youth at the Young Auditorium in Whitewater on February 20th.

* Don’t miss our 8th Annual Bridal Fair at the Evergreen Country Club in Elkhorn. Only $5 admission in advance, $7 at the door…mark your calendars! Door Prizes, Food Sampling, Wine Tasting and Bridal Fashion Show presented by Fair Lady Bridal Shoppe On February 21st from 11:30am – 2:30pm.
